Dr. Pegah Dehdari
Clinical Dermatologist
Dr. Pegah Dehdari is graduated from Medical School of Heinrich- Heine University Duesseldorf in Germany in 2001. She had her postgraduate qualifications and training in Germany, where she received the German board certificate (Facharzt) as specialist in Dermatology and venereal diseases. Dr. Dehdari is a certified Laser specialist. She had a specialized training in Aesthetic medicine, phlebology as well as skin cancer and skin surgery. At the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine she obtained her certification for Hair Transplantation.
Dr. Dehdari is an international trainer and scientific director of Institute of Medical Aesthetics (IMA), senior faculty member of American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM) for 10 years until she joined the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine (CBAM) as well as Allergan Medical Institute (AMI). As a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and Ambassador of Allergan, she gives master classes, lectures, workshops in Asian-pacific, Middle East and European countries and trains physicians in aesthetic medicine.
She is a member of American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), International Society of Dermatology (ISD), Women’s Dermatologic Society (WDS) and German Society of Dermatology (Deutsche Dermatologische Gesellschaft). Dr. Dehdari has over 21 years of work experience in dermatology and aesthetic medicine after graduation. She worked seven years in Germany, before she moved to UAE, where she was three years at Tawam Hospital, associated with the faculty of medicine, UAE University, affiliated with Johns Hopkins and seven years at Cosmesurge and Emirates Hospitals in Dubai. She was the Medical Director of Cosmesurge and Emirates Hospital Conrad, Dubai. Currently she is working as dermatologist and aesthetic expert at Nova & AEON in Dubai. She is worldwide known by celebrities and physicians as an award winning aesthetic expert.
Dr. Dehdari is very active in publishing medical articles in various magazines and speaking at international aesthetic and dermatology congresses. She is Co-author of German guidelines of Vitiligo (2017) and published as Co-author the book “Mesotherapy” (2016). She is one out of twelve direct Mentees of the first Mentorship program of Dr. Mauricio de Maio 2018.
She speaks German, English and Persian. Her hobbies are studying about health and anti-ageing as well as skiing and horse riding.
