What is Physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy is a scientifically backed physical treatment that helps in patients’ mobility, pain relief, and muscle, joint, and soft tissue legal and proper function restoration. Through aimed exercises, manual techniques, and assisted rehabilitation physiotherapy patients support their recovery from injury, uplift the quality of their movement, and avoid future troubles. “Physiotherapy” is derived from the Greek word physis (nature) and therapeia (healing), signifying treatment that is based on natural and functional improvement. The modern physiotherapy practice started to take shape in Sweden in the early 1800s and later on, through the establishment of clinical standards, it was carried all over the world.
A licensed physiotherapist employs exact techniques that may comprise joint mobilization, soft tissue therapy, corrective exercises, stretching, and neuromuscular reeducation according to the patient’s requirements. Physiotherapy is enormously used for backache, neck pain, sports injuries, strain of muscles, post surgical treatment, joint stiffness, and long lasting mobility problems. Physiotherapy by improving muscle function, increasing the range of motion of joints, and facilitating the body’s natural healing process lessens the pain while at the same time increasing flexibility, posture, strength, and the long term physical balance.

- Guided Therapy & Realignment Physiotherapist applies his skill with the help of machines and hands on techniques reducing stiffness, increasing the range of motion, and supporting the body’s natural alignment.
- Muscle Release & Functional Support Yoga, massage, and exercises might be some of the techniques the therapist will use to relax the muscles and improve overall functioning. This helps the body to adapt and keep up with better movement patterns.

I've been coming to The Nova Clinic Al Wasl Branch for laser hair removal and really happy with the results I'm getting. Shoutout to Dr. Saima, she's so sweet, very detailed and professional when it comes to explaining the procedures and whats best for me, and a shoutout to her nurse Rachel too. The only thing is that sometimes it's quite difficult to change or book appointments if I want to book something soon, which makes me have to wait a long time. However overall, I would definitely recommend this clinic to others!Fatma Hassan

It was my first time at the Nova clinic and I was pleasantly impressed. A very beautiful, spacious and clean place with excellent service and professional specialists. I came for a procedure with cosmetologist Natalya and she selected a treatment for me based on my skin type and according to my recommendations, we did peeling and lifting of the lower part of the face, everything went as comfortable and pleasant as possible) After the procedure, my face was shining and looked very fresh, and after a few days I began to receive a million compliments that I began to look much better and that something had changed noticeably, this cannot please me either when in the morning I saw an even tone and a toned face. In general, I am very pleased and recommend Natalia as a specialist in caring for your face.Diana Gorbacheva

I did an enzyme facial last week at NOVA clinic, It was amazing,Christine was amazing and very gentle and the atmosphere of the room is very relaxing. The facial was kind of uncomfortable because it stings BUT after the results of the facial after 2 days i forgot about the unpleasant itches during the facial. Everyone told me im glowing which is why im going to do the facial again very soon! Plus it seemed like it reduced visible fine lines/wrinkles. I highly recommend this facial and clinic, as it's very clean and welcoming.Dunia hasbini

I recently had my brows shaped by Lana Tarek, a well known brow aesthetician. I am so impressed by her work. She is very meticulous in what she does, she will analyse your face and create a shape which will suit you best. My mother also does micoblading there and the results are amazing.. She creates really natural, beautiful brows. I highly recommend her!Kashan baba
