The Nova Clinic launches Aesthetics Roundtable
We know all too well that when you’re booking a surgery for the first time, the most important aspect is to feel at ease and to trust your surgeon whole heartedly. It’s of course a must that that person is board certified – and that the before, during and after care, is second to none but what about those questions that you have left unanswered. We have this covered through our new panel discussion with our expert team of surgeons.
To help with those questions, we have created our Aesthetics Roundtable – a panel discussion with our top surgeons and led by Dr. Jaffer Khan who’s been practicing in Dubai now for more than 20 years. During the next few weeks you’ll have access to our senior team, including Dr. Timm Wolter and Dr. Francisco De Melo. These sessions are a number of times per week, and offer expert advice, tips and ultimately answer your questions from home.
We always recommend that you do your research – check out your surgeon, practice and choice of procedure in great detail before you come to us. This means that you’ll be informed from the very beginning of the transformation journey and know what outcomes you want to see.
Plastic Surgeon 101
Our job as a plastic surgeon is to understand exactly what you want to achieve and in turn make choices that have your welfare in mind. This means we will occasionally say no, and always make sure that you are on the right track to achieve realistic, effective results. We want you to know what you want to achieve and be able to help you confidently achieve excellent results through our panel of doctors.
Questions To Ask Yourself
As with any cosmetic surgery, the decision should not be one which is taken lightly or thoroughly researched. Here are a few questions to consider:
- What am I wanting to achieve with this procedure?
- Do you have any medical concerns which may impact the surgery?
- Am I at the right age or time in my life to have this particular surgery?
- Am I ready for this surgery? As with all invasive procedures, there are risks that need to be considered.
- Have I found the best surgeon for my treatment?
- Have I considered the downtime which will be needed as part of the aftercare?
Once you’ve gone through the research process and have spent time coming to the right decision for you – this is the time to book a consultation with one of our expert team. For now, we are on hand through our Aesthetics Roundtable whereby you can ask questions to two of our surgeons at the same time. This is something quite unique as you’ll get the dual value of their joint expertise and experience to help guide you through your journey with us.
